Grand Rapids and its surrounding communities always have various events going on. There are multiple non-profit or community organizations looking to provide education and entertainment to the community. NWO Community Media understands it can sometimes be difficult to become aware of such events or notices. Below is a collection of Grand Rapids area Facebook groups and pages that often post information on community related events.

Grand Rapids Town Hall Facebook – The Grand Rapids Town Hall Facebook page is the official Facebook page for Historic Town Hall in Grand Rapids. Everything from promotion of shows, events, and restoration progress can be found here. Users will need to “friend” the page to interact.

Grand Rapids Applebutter Festival Facebook Page – The biggest event of the year for Grand Rapids and Northwest Ohio pops up every October. This is the official Facebook page for the Grand Rapids Applebutter Festival. Users will get event information, volunteer information, and all things Applebutter Fest related.
