Towpath Radio is Grand Rapids’ hometown station — now on 98.7 FM. We play the oldies the way they were meant to be heard, from the 50s through the 80s, with a strong focus on community and local pride. From Main Street speakers to sponsor partnerships, Towpath Radio isn’t just a station, it’s part of everyday life in Grand Rapids.

Towpath Radio is part of NWO Community Media, in partnership with Turkeyfoot Creative. Together with Sweet 419 and River Rat Country, we’re proving radio still matters when it’s bold, authentic, and connected to the people it serves. our stations don’t sound like the corporate FMs — because we’re not built that way. Each one is rooted in community, personality, and music that hasn’t been watered down by consultants. All of our stations can be found on the Stream 419 app.

• Sweet 419 is Toledo’s soundtrack — the 80s and 90s station with attitude. We go deeper than the safe playlists, mixing nostalgia with personality and Toledo pride.
