Mayor Jeremy Schroeder announced his resignation during the January 6, 2025, council meeting, ending more than a decade of service with the Village of Weston.

Wreaths Across America announced that Weston Cemetery in Weston, Ohio will be joining in the mission to Remember, Honor, Teach, as an official location for 2024.
This year’s show will not only include classes for equestrians to enter and show, but also a 7:30am pancake breakfast, chicken lunch, the Bucking Barista coffee truck, an inflatable slide, horse-less barrel race, boot race, silent auction and recognition of our veterans.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist a Weston family who lost everything in a fire.
Weston Village Council will be holding a Special Council Meeting to discuss remaining ARPA funds.
