Pop-Up Art Gallery Showcases Local Talent Along the Maumee River – May 22 at Otsego Park

Art lovers and riverfront strollers alike are invited to experience a unique celebration of local creativity at the Pop-Up Art Gallery on Thursday, May 22, from 4 to 8 PM at Thompson Stone Hall in Otsego Park, 20000 W. River Rd.

Sponsored by the Grand Rapids Arts Council, the event will feature the work of more than 20 local artists, along with live demonstrations from plein air painters capturing the beauty of the Maumee River in real time.

Admission is free, and the gallery is open to all ages. Attendees can enjoy complimentary charcuterie while browsing the artwork, and beer and wine will be available for purchase.

This is a zero-cost event for participating artists, and all donations will directly benefit the non-profit Grand Rapids Arts Council, helping to support future arts programming in the region.

For a relaxed evening of local art, food, and scenic inspiration, the Pop-Up Art Gallery is the place to be.
