Grand Rapids Council Considers Water and Sewer Agreement with Northwestern District

Grand Rapids, Ohio — Village Council has begun reviewing a proposed agreement between the Village of Grand Rapids and the Northwestern Water and Sewer District.

An ordinance introduced during a recent council meeting would authorize the village to enter into an Assignment and Assumption Agreement with the district. The measure received its first reading and has not yet been approved.
