Village-Wide Paving Project Begins Tuesday

GRAND RAPIDS, Ohio — A village-wide paving project is scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 29, with work planned on several streets throughout Grand Rapids.

Residents and drivers should be prepared for paving crews, temporary traffic disruptions and possible delays while work is underway.

The following streets and sections are scheduled to be paved:

• Fourth Street from Sycamore Street to South Pansy Lane
• Woodburn Avenue from State Route 65 to Second Street
• East Second Street from Woodburn Avenue to Bridge Street
• North Pansy Lane
• Bridge Street
• Monroe Street
• Alley near the laundromat from Mill Street to Bridge Street
• Mill Street from Front Street to Second Street
• Beaver Street from Second Street to West Third Street
• West Street from Second Street to West Third Street
• Beach Street from Second Street to West Third Street

Drivers traveling through the affected areas should use caution around construction crews and allow additional time when necessary.
