Grand Rapids to Hold Hearing on Woodcreek Gardens Preserve 1/29

The Village of Grand Rapids Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 6 p.m. at Grand Rapids Town Hall to consider a variance requested by John and Peggy Seab to enable the restoration and preservation of former farmland into a private/restricted access natural ecosystem that is friendly to native plants and wildlife on the property located at 17530 Henry Wood County Line Road.
