Towpath Radio American Legion Post 232 Hosting Gun Safe Raffle

Grand Rapids, Ohio — The Sons of the American Legion Post 232 are hosting a raffle featuring a Whitetail 60 fireproof gun safe, with the winner set to be drawn on August 4, 2026.
The raffle offers participants a chance to win the gun safe, which includes a mystery firearm. Tickets are available for a $10 donation and can be purchased at the American Legion Post, located at 12580 S. River Road in Grand Rapids.
According to organizers, the winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing. All firearms associated with the raffle are supplied by Smooth Bore LLC. Winners must be able to pass a background check, or a cash prize will be awarded instead. Participants must also meet age requirements, including being at least 21 years old to claim a handgun.
The gun safe, which can store up to 48 rifles and 12 pistols, is currently on display at the Post. Proceeds from the raffle will support efforts benefiting veterans and those who have served in the armed forces.
