PUBLIC NOTICE: A Council of the Whole meeting has been scheduled on Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall to discuss Dora.
DORA stands for Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area. It is a specific, locally designated, and mapped-out area—usually in a downtown, entertainment, or business district—where adults (21+) can legally purchase alcoholic beverages from licensed establishments and consume them while walking within the designated public boundaries.
Council Meetings are open to the public.
